Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States (48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.). The price you see is the price you pay—no minimum purchase required and no hidden handling fees.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, SquattyPootty ships exclusively within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once your order is processed at our Northport, NY facility (typically 1-2 business days), standard transit time is estimated at 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners (UPS/FedEx) and are not guaranteed.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely in USD. Please note that we do not accept American Express, Discover, or personal checks at this time.
Returns, Refunds, & Guarantee
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer the SquattyPootty 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email our Support Team at info@sqoattypotty.com with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and simple step-by-step instructions.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Returns are completely free for our customers. We cover the cost of return shipping and there are absolutely no restocking fees. We want your experience to be risk-free.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (51 Theron Place, Northport, NY 11768), we process the refund within 1-2 business days. After we process the refund, it typically takes an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
