Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused: The item must not show signs of wear, staining, or use.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product packaging and protective box.
- Quality Defects: Items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect will be fully covered by our warranty and return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at info@sqoattypotty.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
- Print the label, affix it to the original shipping box, and drop it off at the corresponding carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are completely free. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse located at 51 Theron Place, Northport, NY 11768, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval & Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Bank Clearing Time: Please note that after we process the refund, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original statement (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal), depending on your financial institution’s policies.
