Where Do We Ship?
SquattyPootty currently ships exclusively within the continental United States (48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We are working hard to expand our delivery network soon.
Order Processing Time
We know you’re excited to get your SquattyPootty. All orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We partner with trusted national carriers (including UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery) to ensure your item arrives safely. Once your order leaves our warehouse in New York, standard transit time is estimated at 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No promo code is needed—it’s automatically applied at checkout.
Carrier Selection
Carrier selection is at the discretion of our fulfillment team to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location. We primarily utilize UPS and FedEx.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number directly to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
